Checking availability Does Not Guarantee or Reserve Room.
Reservations must be made be phone with credit card number.
Reservations require 50% down to insure room reservation
Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express Cards are accepted also Cash and Personal or Business checks with ID.
All rates and payments are in US dollars
Check-in from 2: 00PM. -5:00PM. (Earlier check-ins by special arrangements)
Arrangements to hold room past 5:00 PM. must be made in advance.
If room is held past 5:00PM. And you fail to show -up and the reservation is not canceled, you will be charged for one night lodging.
Premium rates apply during NYS Big Game Season (Hunting season), call for rates and availability. Two -night minimum required
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made five (5) days in advance, less 10% service charge.
