Reservations can only be made by calling (607) 865 3190. You must provide a valid credit card and mailing address to reserve a room.
Reservations must be made before 9:00pm EST.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation to reserve room. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Checking availability does not guarantee or reserve a room.
Check-In/Out
Check-In from 2pm-5pm. Arrangements to check-in before 2pm or after 5pm must be made in advance.

- One Standard Room for 2 people - $110.25/night
- Additional Person in Room - $52.50/night
- Rollaway Bed - $10/night
- Children ages 5-16 - $15.75/night
- Children 5 and under - Free
Worker rate available upon request.
One Handicap Accessible Room available upon request.

Fees
A $10 per night charge for holiday weekends and holidays.
Premium rates apply during NYS Big Game Season (Hunting Season), call for rates and availability. Two people per room and two night minimum required.
Rates during the months of May-October will incur a 10-15% premium rate fee.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
All rates are subject to New York State 8% Sales Tax and Delaware County 2% Bed Tax. All terms/conditions and rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you change your reservation there is no penalty or fee. Cancelling your reservation prior to one week from your stay will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Cancelling your reservation less than one week from your stay will result in a charge of a one night stay including taxes and fees. These cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
No shows are non-refundable.
